All disc pendants come with a chain. 
 
 
Swarovski birthstone pendants can be added to any of the necklaces shown (but please note these do not come in gold plate).
 
 
The silver disc (as shown in the photos) is an engravable item, a name/message can be added to the front and/or back for an additional ?7.50 (other items are engravable but would incur a higher charge)
 
 
Other elements can also be added for an additional charge, e.g. pearls, precious gemstones etc. 
 
 
The star sign necklaces are available for all star signs.
